There are numerous fuel card options in the market offering a range of benefits, but none have the same network quality and brand image as a BP. With over half the amount of motorway sites owned by BP and a further 900 sites on ‘A’ roads you can be sure that a BP forecourt wont be far away.

How do I order additional cards?

If you need to order any extra BP Plus or BP Bunker cards for your business you can do this through your online account management system or alternatively call 0845 456 1900.

How do I apply for a fuel card account?

To apply for a BP fuel card it couldn’t be simpler. Either apply online by filling in our online application form or alternatively feel free to give our customer services team a call on 0845 456 1900 and give them your details over the phone.

What type of products can I purchase on a fuel card?

You can use your BP fuel card to pay for a range of products depending on the purchase category of your card. A different set of products can be selected for each card. Most cards allow the purchase of fuels and lubricants but some also allow you to purchase shop goods, car wash credits and vehicle-related accessories.

Is the card linked to a driver or to a vehicle?

All BP Plus and Bunker cards can be linked to either:

• Driver and vehicle
• Driver only
• Vehicle only

The driver name/ vehicle registration details will be displayed on the bottom right corner of the fuel card so each card can be easily recognised. This also means that with your online account management facility you can track how much fuel has been purchased using each individual BP card.

Can I still apply for a fuel card that is for personal use?

Unfortunately only businesses are able to have a BP Fuel card.

Is there a charge for not using a BP Fuel card within a calendar month?

A fuel card that is not used during a calendar month will incur a charge of 50p for that month.  

 How can I pay for my fuel usage with Be Fuelcards?

Payment for any fuel drawings made with your BP fuel card will be taken by Direct Debit. This is a mandatory requirement.
